Bike Route- Finding Difficulties.
And there are Two train stations in Villena,not one.
Your rep in Biar, Xavier,of Lazy Pedals, was conscientious and tried to convince us 4 ladies to use the GPS which he supplied, However, we were not familiar with a GPS, so refused it. This trip is designed for GPS, so we struggled to find our route. In and Out of towns, difficult even with the 15 maps supplied. We would also have liked to have one master map showing Biar to Valencia, to get the overall picture . Xavier attempted to add interesting diversions,but sometimes too convoluted for these old girls! When Louise got ill during ride on first day, we phoned him and he arrived quickly and very kindly drove her to hotel.. The descriptions and maps were too numerous. Also, there is a second new train station in Villena,and one of us arrived there via Madrid. Taxi had to drive to both stations, Xavier solved that easily . Scenery is lovely, we enjoyed the trip in spite of frustrations finding our way. thank you, Isabelle Wright, Louise, Linda,Elizabeth, Canada
